We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS. Orders are sent
to only bona fide street addresses, are registered with a return receipt,
are insured for the full purchase price and require an adult signature.
We will also ship FedEx to a Holding Station near you for pickup by
you. In all cases, we ask that once you receive the shipment please
confirm by e-mail or phone.
NOTE: For FedEx shipments to your doorstep, please make sure you DO
NOT have a signature release on file with them. If you have such a
release, delivery is deemed complete once they drop the shipment at
your doorstep and all insurance against loss ceases at that point.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Shipping and insurance rates to points
outside the U.S. are determined by destination and priority, and will
be charged to the customer.
